PROPERTY ACCESS
You will be receiving an email shortly before your stay with codes for our electronic door lock as well as the security gate at the Surf and Racquet Club. Look for that a week or so before your stay.
DEPARTURE
Before you leave, we just ask a couple of favors:
· Take all trash out to the blue bin in the garage.
· Place all used towels and bedding in the laundry room.
· Load and turn on the dishwasher.
· Please leave home in the condition you found it with the exception of towels and bedding to be left in the laundry room.
· In winter, turn heat to 66º F. In summer, turn air conditioning to 78º F.
· Please make sure sliding doors are locked and lock the front door when you leave by pressing the red key at the bottom.
· Leave all keys and remote controls on the kitchen counter.
· Don’t forget to log out of any streaming accounts you may have logged into!

AMELIA SURF & RACQUET CLUB
You have access to the Amelia Surf and Racquet Club, a gorgeous, private, gated resort that is extremely well maintained. The resort offers DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS, two POOLS and four HAR-TRU TENNIS COURTS that are meticulously maintained with a resident tennis pro. The lovely grounds and sweeping lawns are just steps away from the RITZ CARLTON AMELIA ISLAND via either the beach or a paved pathway draped by a live oak canopy
